Summary
The morphological difference between cerebral calcification and ossification is discussed. A case of encephalopathy with leptomeningeal ossification, probably of infectious origin, is described.

L’auteur discute la différenciation morphologique de l’image de calcification et d’ossification et décrit un cas d’ossification des leptoméninges par encéphalopathie d’origine probablement infectieuse.
