Summary

The effects of electrolyte buffer depletion is well recognised and regular replacement of the electrolyte can prevent poor reproducibility. We have further investigated the effect of electrolyte depletion and produced a modified cathodic flow electrode to improve reproducibility using minimal volumes of electrolytes.
