Abstract

Papers, whose authors maintain the possibility of significant increases in limiting loads calculated in accordance with Construction Rules and Regulations for building foundations, are subject to critical analysis in the study. It is demonstrated that in substantiating the statements in question, the authors of these papers distort facts, and the increases that they propose for limiting loads may lead to destructive overloading of the beds of buildings.
