Gloniella clavatispora, sp. nov. fromAvicennia marina in South Africa

Abstract

A new species ofGloniella from dead intertidal wood attached to trees ofAvicennia marina is described. It differs from previously reportedGloniella species in having relatively large clavate ascospores.
