Abstract
Agonists of κ1-opiate receptors injected in brain ventricle potentiate arrhythmogenic effect of adrenaline. Antagonist of κ1-opiate receptors norbinaltorphimine or ganglioblocker hexamethonium completely abolish proarrythmic effects of κ1-agonists. Norbinaltorphimine possesses intrinsic antiarrhythmic activity.
