Summary
The results of a ZnIn2S4 luminescence study at different excitation intensities, light decay and thermal quenching (T=(80÷300) K) are presented. The activation energiesE 1=42 meV andE 2=95 meV are determined and a model for recombination processes is suggested.

Si presentano i risultati dello studio sulla luminescenza dello ZnIn2S4 a diverse intensità di eccitazione, decadimento della luce e raffreddamento (T=(80÷300) K). Si determinano le energie di attivazioneE 1=42 meV eE 2=95 meV e si suggerisce un modello per processi di ricombinazione.

Приведены результаты исследования люминесценвии ZnIn2S4 при различных интенсивностях возбуждения, кинетики спада послесвечения и туцения люминесенчии в температурном интервале (80÷300) К. Определены энергии активации температурного тушенияE 1=42 иE 2=95 мэВ и предложена модель излучательных процессов.
