Abstract
Synthesis and properties of an immunotoxin produced by conjugating ricin with a novel monoclonal antibody (IgG3 of the ICO-104 class) are described. Cytolytic activity of the synthesized immunotoxin, determined by two independent methods and expressed in LD50, is 0.3–0.6×10−7 M. Its specificity for target cells containing the CD5 antigen is shown.
