Abstract
In the model of electroshock convulsions combined administration of lamictal with other anticonvulsants (sodium valproate, phenobarbital, Diphenine, carbamazepine, ethosuximide, diazepam, and riodipin) decreased ED50 of each preparation by 1.9–4.2 times. The effectiveness of combination with carbamazepine was the highest: its therapeutic index was higher than that of each ingredient preparation.
