Abstract

It is shown that different regimens of general cooling and overheating of the organism produce different changes of the volume and area of the major tissue components of the myocadium. The most pronounced alterations in the volume and area of the tissue components are recorded after overheating. A marked decrease of the volume and area of the microcirculatory bed is a regular feature of tissue reorganization in the myocardium under the influence of cooling and heating.
