Abstract
The efficacy of M-cholinolytics in the prevention of the toxic effect of some cholinomimetics is comparatively assessed in experiments onDaphnia magna and albino rats. It is proposed that the M-cholinoreceptor population is heterogeneous inDaphnia as well as in rats.
