Abstract
Serum complement activity was studied by the turbidimetric method in workers of a plasticizer shop exposed to ozone. The inhibitory potential (α-1-antitrypsin) decreased, activity of complement component C3 increased, and the deficit of orosomucoid was augmented with the length of service.
