Mechanisms of hemostimulating effect of granulocytic colony-stimulating factor during cytostatic treatment

Abstract

Original Russian-made preparation of human recombinant granulocytic colony-stimulating factor possessesin vitro activity similar to that of standard preparation, activatesin vivo production of humoral factors by adherent cells of the hemopoiesis-inducing microenvironment, and stimulates hemopoiesis in the bone marrow at various levels.
