Über das Vorkommen der Hypophysenhinterlappenhormone im Zwischenhirn

Zusammenfassung

Bei Hunden wurden in der Neurohypophyse, dem Tuber einereum und den Nuclei supraopticus und paraventricularis die Hypophysenhinterlappenwirkstoffe Adiuretin, Oxytocin und Vasopressin nachgewiesen. Diese Hormone sind nur an den Fundstellen elektiv darstellbaren Neurosekrets nachweisbar. Es wird die Möglichkeit diskutiert, daß die 3 sogenannten Hinterlappenhormone nicht in der Neurohypophyse, sondern in den Nuclei supraopticus und paraventricularis im vorderen Hypothalamus gebildet werden.
