Zusammenfassung

Der vonChesley sowieOlson und Mitarbeitern angegebene Nachweis von Thioharnstoff und 2-Thiouracil mitGrotes Reagens wurde vereinfacht und auf den Nachweis von substituierten 2-Thiouracilen (4-Methyl-2-thiouracil und 4-Propyl-2-thiouracil) ausgedehnt. Die Messung der Extinktionen erfolgte mit demPulfrich-Stufenphotometer, demLeitzschen Photometer (Leifo) oder dem Becherglaskolorimeter (Dr. Lange).

Für die quantitative Untersuchung von Blut und Harn werden Beispiele mit Zusatz von 2-thiouracil angegeben.

Die Spezifität der Methode wird besprochen.
