Gründe, Bedeutung und Auswirkungen der Medizin-studenten-Heiraten in den USA

Zusammenfassung

In Amerika beträgt der Prozentsatz verheirateter Medizinstudenten rund 25% im ersten und über 60% im vierten Studien-jahr. Bei männlichen Medizinstudenten ist die Heirat viel häufiger als bei weiblichen Medizinstudenten. Diese Tendenz zur Frühehe bei den Medizinstudenten hat sich während und seit dem letzten Weltkriege eingestellt. Die möglichen soziologischen und wirtschaftlichen Ursachen dieser Entwicklung werden diskutiert.

Résumé

Le pourcentage d'étudiants en médecine mariés atteint aux Etats-Unis une valeur de 25% dans la première et de 60% dans la quatrième année d'études. Les mariages sont plus fréquents chez les étudiants que chez les étudiantes. La tendance aux mariages pendant les études s'est répandue pendant et après la dernière guerre mondiale. L'auteur discute des causes sociologiques et économiques possibles de ce phénomène.
