Zusammenfassung
Es wird gezeigt, daß beim Züchten dotierter Eis-Einkristalle in zylindrischen Gefäßen ein starker Konzentrationsgradient der Fremdsubstanz im Kristall auch inradialer Richtung auftritt.

Pendant la croissance des monocristaux de glace dotés de HF et de NH4F dans des tubes, il se produit un fort gradient de concentration des impuretés dans les directionsradiales.
Abstract
Single ice crystals of cylindrical shape were grown from water doped with HF and with NH4F. In the obtained crystals the impurity concentration shows a marked gradient inradial direction.
