Abstract
We study theoretically dielectric relaxation of macromolecules with one single electric dipole in the center of the chain.
To preserve a reasonable signal to noise ratio the experiments should be carried out in concentrated solutions, but they might give information about the entire relaxation time spectrum of the macromolecule.
Zusammenfassung
Die dielektrische Relaxation einer Makromolekel, welche in der Mitte der Kette einen elektrischen Dipol enthält, wird theoretisch untersucht.
Experimente können Informationen über das ganze Spektrum der Relaxationszeiten liefern, doch sind konzentrierte Lösungen nötig, um ein hinreichendes Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis zu erhalten.
Résumé
On étudie du point de vue théoretique la relaxation d’une macromolecule ayant un seul dipole électrique au milieu de la chaîne. On est limité au cas de solutions concentrées par le rapport signal sur bruit. Les expériences peuvent toutefois donner des renseignements sur tout le spectre des temps de relaxation de la macromolécule.
