Zusammenfassung

Keiner der präoperativ erhobenen Befunde änderte das geplante operative Vorgehen bei der Primäroperation. Die Diagnose und exakte Stadieneinteilung erfolgt ausschließlich intraoperativ. Insbesondere auf die Coloskopie kann bei Durchführung einer Lavage verzichtet werden. Vor Sekundäroperationen kann aufgrund des CT-Befundes und des Tumormarkers ggf. bei pos. Befund eine nochmalige Operation vermieden werden.
