Une méthode de classification selon des nombres ordinaux est discutée, sur la base d'une épreuve organoleptique effective.

L'application du coefficient de concordance et du test du_Z ² est donnée.

Bien que les differences, causées par les types de sol, soient évidemment de peu d'importance en cas du produit cuit, on a démontré d'un certain nombre de différences qu'elles sont significatives (tableau 2).

La méthode fait voir que les déterminations subjectives n'excluent pas des recherches exactes.

Summary

With reference to an actual organoleptic research, a ranking method with a paired comparison of samples is discussed.

The use of the coefficient of concordance and a number of statistical checks with chi-square, is mentioned.

Although the differences of the cooked product, caused by the treatments, appeared to be small, a number of significant differences is proved (table 2). The method shows that if some precautions are kept, subjective determinations need not exclude the possibility of exact research.

Zusammenfassung

Am Beispiel einer durchgeführten Sinnesprüfung wird ein Rangordnungsverfahren mit paarweisem Vergleich von Proben erörtert.

Die Verwendung des Konkordanzkoeffizienten und eine Anzahl statistischer Nachprüfungen mit Chi-Quadrat werden behandelt.

Obwohl die auf den Bodentypus zurückzuführenden Unterschiede zwischen den gekochten Kartoffeln gering waren, wurden einige signifikante Unterschiede nachgewiesen. (Tabelle 2) Das Verfahren zeigt dass, wenn man gewisse Vorkehrungen trifft, subjective Bestimmungen die Möglichkeit exakter Forschung nicht ausschliessen.
