Abstract
Three patients with AIDS-related complex and symptoms of dysphagia and odynophagia were examined radiographically and endoscopically. Giant esophageal ulcerations were found in all three patients. Routine endoscopic techniques to obtain tissue failed to reveal an etiology for the ulcers in all three cases.
