Additional information

From the Editors. An article on expanding concrete and on laboratory tests of its use for the construction of hydraulic tunnels is published below. As was reported to us by the USSR Ministry of the Building Materials Industry, a coordination plan has been drawn up for 1971–1973 in order to develop the production process of such cements, produce experimental batches, and investigate their use.
