Abstract
The effects of prolonged annealing on magnetic properties of a-Fe30Ni48Mo2Si5B15 are investigated by means of Mössbauer spectroscopy and Curie temperature, coercive field and spontaneous magnetization measurements. The observed changes of investigated magnetic characteristics indicate that prolonged annealing produces considerable changes in the local short range order around the magnetic atoms.
