Subscriptions to the publications RZhÉ (Journal of Abstracts Electrical Engineering and Power) and Seriya ÉI “GÉ” (Engineering Digest Hydropower Series), as well as to the surveys Itogi Nauki i Tekhniki (Review of Science and Technology) are taken at the Soyuzpechat’ centers beginning each month. The conditions for subscription to the VINITI’S publications, including RZhÉ and its index, are set down in the “Price List for Newspapers and Journals for 1976” and in the “Price List for Publications from Information Agencies for 1976” issued by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, as well as in the “Prospectus of Publications of the VINITI” and the catalogue “Informative Publications of the VINITI” for 1975.
The index numbers of the publication RZh 21D “Gidroénergetika” are 71716 for organizations and 71717 for individual subscribers; the subscription prices for 12 months are 4 rubles, 44 kopecks for organizations and 1 ruble, 92 kopecks for individual subscribers.
The index number of Seriya ÉI “Gidroénergetika” is 72104; the subscription price for organizations and individual subscribers for 12 months is 9 rubles, 60 kopecks.
