Vibrations of a ribbed cylindrical shell with elastically fastened faces

We study the free vibrations of a reinforced cylindrical shell of revolution with elastically fastened faces. The computational model presented makes it possible to take account of various structural characteristics, including reinforcing ribs and attached rigid bodies. The solution is constructed using the linear theory of thin elastic shells and rods and the Ritz method. Three figures.
