The previous issue of this journal (No. 12, December, 1976) commenced publication (pp. 1224–1229) of investigations of a proposed* new type of concrete gravity dam of narrow profile, applicable to the construction conditions for the Kurpsa hydroelectric development, an item in the tenth five-year plan. Presented below are supplementary details of these investigations. Other articles on this problem will be published in later issues.
