Abstract
57Fe implanted and post Al implanted in aluminum foil have been performed at low energy of 27keV and the CEMS shows the formation of intermetallic compounds FeAlσ and Fe2Alσ during the ion bombardment. The results are discussed with the enhanced diffusion by energetic ion bombardment.
