Magnetic behaviour in the semiconducting and superconducting regions of57Fe-doped La2−xSrxCuO4−σ

From Mössbauer and resistivity measurements on57Fe-doped La2−xSrxCuO4−σ samples, we have determined the phase diagram of the system for 0<x<0.35 and 1.5 K<T<295 K. Forx<~0.15, a magnetic ordering is detected at low temperature within the Cu sublattice within both the semiconducting and the superconducting phases. Forx>0.15, a Fe-induced spin-glass state is observed. Recent data on oriented powder samples are discussed.
