Abstract
We propose a method how the specific heat in superfluid4He in the presence of a constant heat current can be extracted from a second-sound experiment, if it is possible to measure the fluctuations of the temperature δT(x, t) and the heat current δQ(x, t). Within a renormalization-group theory we calculate the specific heat which depends on the angle between the heat current and the direction of the second-sound propagation.
