Summary

The knownHabrolepis species are briefly discussed and arranged in an identification key. As the key is based on female caracters only, the speciesapicalisWaterston (♂) has been omitted. The new speciesH. italicus, reared fromAsterolecanium ilicicola in Italy and Algeria, is described.
