Conclusion
At the present time, the normalized overload coefficients used in retaining wall design exceed 1.30. The justified reduction of the coefficient of nonuniformity in the tightening of anchor ties on the basis of the proposed procedure would make it possible to lower the construction cost of retaining walls or to increase the service loads.
