Conclusions

  1. 1.

    To provide for operational inspection and control over the quality of the continuous technological process of the preparation for placement and curing of hydraulic concrete, it is necessary to employ a point-rating system for observance of technological regulations established for specific construction.

  2. 2.

    To provide for an efficient quality-inspection-and-control, system, it is necessary to establish the relationship between payment and quality for all stages of the technological process.
