Conclusions

  1. 1.

The creation of a temporary village from ready-made house trailers and the buildings of the auxiliary enterprises from factory-made units is sensible in a little-inhabited permafrost region.

  2. 2.

The use of a shelter over the powerhouse permitted concreting practically the year-round under rigorous climatic conditions.

  3. 3.

Preparation of the foundations for embankments located on peat bogs and permafrost during the winter is the most rational for the given conditions.
