Improving the engineering-economic indices of electric-boiler houses

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The installation of new electric boiler houses can be cheapened and accelerated, without affecting reliability, by locating them in the heated buildings, simplifying planning of boiler siting, increasing the boiler capacity, and dispensing with the need for a dual electric supply and standby transformers.

     
  2. 2.

    In order to simplify the design of electric-boiler houses, adopting the most advanced solutions, standard boiler-house projects must be formulated, together with the individual parts.
