Abstract

Augmented descriptions are given of the holotypes ofMymar schwanni Girault andM. tyndalli Girault,M. schwanni is maintained as a distinct species, to which further Australian material is assigned, andM. tyndalli confirmed as a synonym ofM. taprobanicum Ward.

Résumé

Les types des deux espèces australiennes deMymar décrites parGirault (1912) sont figurés et redécrits, et des exemplaires du Victoria sont attribués àM. schwanni Girault.M. tyndalli est confirmée comme synonyme deM. taprobanicum Ward, maisM. schwanni est distincte deM. pulchellum et paraît une bonne espèce.
