Summary
This predatory effect was assessed by observing natural populations of mites, according to several ecological criteria. The results of this study outlines the fairly important effect of the predatory miteZetzellia mali on the prey populations, thus proving the interest of maintaining some sedentary useful animals of this type in the orchards. Some data have been collected in order to help the predatory activity of this mite in commercial orchards.
