Phenotypic variation ofSolanum tuberosum L. cv. Dr McIntosh regenerated directly from shoot-tip culture

Summary

Regenerated plants showed no differences in the biochemical characters measured, indicating probable genotype stability in culture. The significant morphological differences from the control plants could be due to environmental factors.
