Integral characteristics in the inverse problem of magnetotelluric sounding

Abstract

This article examines some aspects of the one-dimensional inverse problem of magnetotelluric sounding. A uniqueness theorem is proved in the presence ofS-surfaces. A numerical algorithm based on transformation formulas is proposed.
