A new improved synthesis of thyrotropin releasing hormone

Summary

This synthesis of thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) is particularly suitable for large scale production of highly purified TRH, thanks to its high yields of the coupling and deprotection reactions together with the very simple final purification step.
