Summary
An apparatus was developed for inoculating large numbers of experimental units with cysts ofGlobodera spp. The inoculator is adjustable and releases different and equal volumes of cysts from an internal reservoir. It was found to dispense accurate amounts of inoculum and to be much faster than manually counting cysts.
