Abstract
On the basis of the complete system of equations that describes the thermoelastic behavior of an inhomogeneous anisotropic shell under the action of force and thermal loads we derive variational equations that are analogs of the principle of virtual work, the principle of complementary energy, and the Biot equation in three-dimensional thermoelasticity.
