Zur Beteiligung der Leber bei der infektiösen Mononucleose

Ferment-Aktivitäts-Bestimmungen in der menschlichen Leber. VIII

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde über die Bestimmung von 17 Hauptketten-Enzymen in Leber-Punktaten und im Serum bei 31 Patienten mit infektiöser Mononucleose berichtet. Die Aktivitäten der relativ leberspezifischen Enzyme wurden bei der infektiösen Mononucleose ebenso wie bei der akuten Hepatitis epidemica in der Leber deutlich vermindert gefunden, während die Aktivitäten der transaminierenden Enzyme bei der infektiösen Mononucleose im Gegensatz zur akuten Hepatitis epidemica hoch lagen. Das Enzymmuster im Serum stellte sich mit einem charakteristischen Anstieg von GAPDH und LDH und geringeren der GOT und GPT nicht als reines „Lebermuster“ dar.
