Among his recent works are: Sharing the Costs of Higher Education: Student Financial Assistance in the United Kingdom, the Federal Republic of Germany, France, Sweden and the United States(1986). He contributed ‘The Costs of Higher Education’ to International Higher Education: An Encyclopedia(Philip G. Altbach (ed.), 1991) and ‘Tuition Fees’ to The Encyclopedia of Higher Education(Burton Clark and Guy Neave (eds.), forthcoming in 1992).
