Abstract
We report the case of a 40 year old man who presented a tonic-clonic seizure. The CT scan and MRI revealed heterotopic gray matter in the right frontoparietal cortex.

Viene riportato un caso di un paziente 40enne che presentò una crisi tonico-clonica. Le indagini neuro-radiologiche (CT e MRI) rivelarono la presenza di sostanza grigia eterotopica in sede fronto-parietale destra.
