Zum Nachweis therapeutischer Konzentrationen Chlormethiazol im Blut

Summary

Chlormethiazol in body-fluids and tissues is measured with a sensitive gaschromatographic method. The blood-concentration is a reference point for calculating the dosage and effect of chlormethiazol especially in medical questions of behaviour in traffic. The blood levels after a single and also long-term dosage were determined.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein empfindliches gaschromatographisches Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Chlormethiazols in Körperflüssigkeiten und Geweben mitgeteilt. Zur Begutachtung und für verkehrsmedizinische Fragestellungen ist der Blutspiegel eine relevante Bezugsgröße zur Abschätzung der Medikation und damit der Einwirkung des Chlormethiazols. Blutspiegel für einmalige Dosierungen, aber auch für längerdauernde Therapien mit Distraneurin in der Klinik wurden bestimmt.
