Zusammenfassung

Es gelang, die intraspezifische Protoplastfusion vonAspergillus flavus, A. nidulans, A. niger, Penicillium frequentans undP. ramigena mit grosser Häufigkeit zu verwirklichen. Die Fusionshäufigkeit wurde durch Komplementation von Mangelmutanten festgestellt.
