Zusammenfassung

Mit Hilfe von Gelfiltration wurden 2 verschiedene Molekularformen von Aminopeptidase (AP)-Isozymen in der menschlichen Placenta charakterisiert: die Lysosomen-AP (Molekulargewicht ca. 320,000) und die Mikrosomen-AP (Molekulargewicht ca. 145,000).
