Comparison of pressure and temperature stress-concentration factors for solid propellant grains

In this technical note, the stress-concentration factor found from a plane-stress photoelastic grain model subjected to external pressure is compared with those found from plane-stress and plane-strain photothermoelastic grain models subjected to uniform temperature changes
