Dünnschicht-chromatographischer Nachweis von Patulin

Detection of patulin by thin-layer chromatography


The thin-layer chromatographic detection of patulin on precoated silica gel plates by means of various solvent systems and spray reagents was investigated. With the exception of chloroform all solvents tested can be used. As spray reagent only o-dianisidine (saturated solution in glacial acetic acid) proved to be suitable. The detection limit for patulin was found to be 0.2 μg.
