Chromatographia Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

This work shows the influence of the injection volume on peak broadening owing to the increase of the sample concentration; use of the maximum injection volume is advocated. Once the chromatographic system is defined, a method for calculating the dimensions of the preparative column is developed. Applications of this method are shown.
