1. Experimental investigations and production practice have confirmed the expediency of the accelerated hydraulic-blasting method in complex rolling terrain.
2. Under these conditions, it is necessary to wet the soil with a strictly calculated amount of water by feeding it directly into each hole through a temporary water-dispensing system.
